She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Rozin and Nilah Medlock (Walker); her husband Paul Holtegel; her son Larry D. Gabbard; and her siblings, Gary Lee Rozin and Lisa Ann Sullivan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Schibi (Richard) of Cincinnati, OH and Kim Piche (Chad) of Aurora, IN; her siblings, Keith Rozin of Lebanon, MO and Janice Smith (Gene) of Virginia Beach, VA; and her granddaughter Lyndsay Piche.
