He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Comisar and Fay Rita Comisar (Kuhr); his wife Lois Comisar; his brother Robert Comisar; and his in-laws, Jack and Fae Stoll.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Prescott (John), Robin Maceyko (Randall), Scott Comisar (Melissa) and Marc Comisar (Kristin); his grandchildren, Emily, Ryan, Ashley, Brandon, Jake, Avery, Joshua, Leah and Maya; and his brother Steve Comisar (Becky). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
