She is survived by: her children, Kendra Shearer (Paul), Kim Strickland, Karen Troyer (Randy) and Scott Strickland (Rhonda); her sister Judith Gerwell; and her pets, Piper and Meow-Meow. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren; 19 Great-Grandchildren, and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory (2480 Macland Rd, Marietta, GA 30064). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel (2480 Macland Rd, Marietta, GA 30064). A burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Georgia National Cemetery (1080 Scott Hudgens Dr, Canton, GA 30114).
