Waggoner; her children, Wendy Bruestle (Eric), Jeffrey Waggoner (Margaret) and Bradley Waggoner (Paula); her grandchildren, Amy E. B. Packard, Donald Packard, Matthew Bruestle, Cynthia Bruestle, David Bruestle, Katherine Herman, Michael Waggoner, Jake Waggoner and Ashley Waggoner; and her great grandchildren, Caroline, Charlotte Bruestle, Madelyn, Charles and Herald Packard.
