She was predeceased by: her husband John; her parents, Thomas Heffernan and Katherine Heffernan (Hennigan); and her sisters, Rita and Virginia.
She is survived by: her children, Jay Stowe (Alyssa Brandt) and Katie Monroe (Murray Monroe); her granddaughters, Finola Stowe, Miriam and Livia Monroe; and her brother Tommy. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
