She was predeceased by: her husband Michael W. Burlingham; her siblings, Edward M. Buchanan, Robert G. Buchanan and Sandra L. Buchanan; and her parents, Ambrose E. "Ed" Buchanan and Hazel D. Buchanan.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael E. Burlingham (Rebecca) and Timothy Burlingham (Deborah); her grandchildren, Jeremy, Ashley (David), Cory and Natalie; and her siblings, James R. Buchanan, Steven W. Buchanan, Judith A. McDowell and Sharon Schalk.
