He was predeceased by: his brother Charles; and his parents, Ralph C. Bockenstette and Mary Elizabeth Bockenstette. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay Bockenstette; his children, Michelle Kleiner (Nick) and Doug Bockenstette; his grandchildren, Mikaely, Madelyn, Nathan, Cayden, Noah, Jacob, Julia and Gavin; his siblings, Dave Bockenstette, Barbara Halloran and Eric Bockenstette (Anita); and his siblings-in-law, Carol Ann Sullivan, Tish Stohlman, Eileen Sullivan, JoAnn Warnock (Dan) and John L. Sullivan (Mary Sue). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
