He is survived by: his wife Carol Manley; his children, Mark D. Manley (Annette Januzzi Wick), Brian Manley (Michelle), Barbara Morris (Tim) and Kevin Manley (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Cheryl Manley (Chris Tiberio), Shannon Manley Cohen (Michael), Megan Burnside (Aaron), Kayden Manley (Casey Peters), Zoë Kuhn (Mark), Davis Wick (Kyra), Matthew Manley, Phoebe Morris, Alexis Teaster (Collin), Nathan Manley and McKenna Manley. He is also survived by his eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Margaret of York Church (9499 Columbia Rd, Loveland, OH 45140). A Mass will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Cincinnati or the Christ Hospital Foundation.
