He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Elmer and Mary Pauline Westendorf; and his brother Edward Westendorf. He is survived by: his wife Mary Tom Westendorf; his children, Jerome Robert Westendorf (Shelley), Mary John Niehaus (Nick), Heather Pauline Westendorf, Luke Joseph Westendorf (Meg), Holly Marie Hensley and David Joseph Westendorf (Lauren); his grandchildren, Olivia, Samantha, Anna, Emily, Mark, Henry, Joseph, Selena, Jasmine, Liam, Abigail, Luke and Jackson; and his siblings, Ann Hirt, Mary Scherl, Elizabeth Krebs, Thomas Westendorf and Jane Westendorf.
