She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wesley and LouEva Parton; and her husband Stanley Campbell. She is survived by: her sons, Dallas Haggard (Holly) of Fairfield and Brian Haggard (Lauren) of Madison Township, Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Lyla Haggard of Fairfield, Lexi of Madison Township, Pennsylvania, Caiden of Madison Township, Pennsylvania and Finley Haggard of Madison Township, Pennsylvania; her boyfriend Randy West of Cincinnati, Ohio; and her siblings, Mary King of West Chester, Jamie Parton (Laura Ditmer) of West Chester and Bill Parton (Jamie) of Lebanon, Ohio. She is also survived by nephew and six nieces.
