She is survived by: her children, Joan McConnell, Jr. (Charles) of Cincinnati, OH and Mike Benson (Carol) of Oak Hill, VA.; her grandsons, Alex McConnell (Nathalie), Ben McConnell, Scott Benson (Leigh), Kevin Benson and Craig Benson; and her great grandchildren, Jude and Zoe.
