She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Varney and Lola Varney (Bostic); her husband Rayvene Slone; her son Robert Ray Slone Sr.; her grandson Eric Glenn Slone; and her brothers, Thomas Smith, Leroy, Eugene and Jimmie.
She is survived by: her son Lester Slone (Debbie) of Cincinnati; her siblings, Gail Breeding of Richlands, June Varney of Betsy Lane, Bruce of Canada, Iven and Garland Varney Jr. of Covington Kentucky; her grandsons, Robert Ray Slone Jr. (Jessica), Michael Slone (Jennifer) and Billy Slone (Natalie); and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Hailey, Helena Slone, Hunter Melton, Kira Jasmin, Cera, Nathaniel, Skylar, Mason, Makensi and Olivia Slone. She is also survived by many step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Spring Grove Funeral Homes (4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
