It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Jean (Anderson) Johns of Cincinnati, Ohio, born in Tell City, Indiana, who passed away on March 24, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald Harris and Loretta Emma Anderson (Feldpausch); her brother Leroy Anderson; and her nephew Bill Johns. She is survived by : her children, Jennifer Mazur (Joe) of Dunkirk, MD, Lori Raser (Jeff) of Cincinnati, OH, Jill Johns (John Faver) of Peebles, OH and Alex Johns (Michelle) of Cincinnati, OH; her grandchildren, Greta, George, Louis Raser and Sydney Johns; her brother Donald Terry Anderson (Georgia); and her siblings-in-law, Harriet Anderson, Patrick, Paulette Johns, Adrian, Josie Ziepolt and Dan Johns. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the Alois Alzheimer Foundation, 70 Damon Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45218 at aloisalzheimerfoundation.org, or to the charity of one's choice. The family wishes to thank the staff of the Alois Alzheimer Center of Cincinnati for the care given to Jean since 2016.
