She was predeceased by : her parents, Alfred Gates and Mary Ellen Gates; and her siblings, Jack (Peggy), Janet (late Ron Mangus) and Judy (late Paul Voet).
She is survived by : her husband Keith Crutcher; her children, Scott (Karen), Melissa (Tom Mathews) and Justin (Sabrina Trimble); and her grandchildren, Luci, Emily, Andrew, Patrick, Avery, Quentin and Isla.
