She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Kelhoffer and Eleanor Kelhoffer Sr.; her husband Clifford E. Sandy; her brothers, Raymond Kelhoffer (Trudy) and Lawrence Kelhoffer (Barbara); her sisters-in-law, Wanda Guthrie, Linda Kidwell and Libby Sandy; her niece Kim Wilkerson; her nephew Ray Kelhoffer; and her great-nephew Brian Wilkerson.
She is survived by: her children, Daryl Sandy, Bruce Sandy (Jill) and Mary Hassett (Andy).
