She was predeceased by: her husband Jacob K. Stein; her sister Kate Foreman; and her grandson Gregory Rosen. She is survived by: her children, Steve Stein (Judy), Dr. Lisa Rosen (Gary), John Stein (Jennifer) and Rabbi Elena Stein; her grandchildren, Eric Stein (Natalie), Amanda Rieben (Christian), Emily Rosen (Andrew Osborn), Kate Stein, Dahlia Brand (Andrew), Peter Stein and Michael Stein; and her great grandchildren, Dylan, Ethan Stein, Hadley, Mirielle, Sadie Rieben, Callum and Summer Osborn Rosen.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Weil Kahn Funeral Home (8350 Cornell Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45249). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. For information about Shiva, please contact the family.
