He was predeceased by: his father John O'Rourke; his brother Michael; and his nephew Shawn. He is survived by: his wife Beth; his daughter Lara; his grandson Zack; his son John (Rourke); his grandchildren, Jacob and Anna; his daughter Sarah; his sister-in-law Judy O'Rourke; his nieces, Mary Villarreal and Ann Rogers; Mark Mortimer and Mike Duffy. He is also survived by his family and the many friends.
