He is survived by: his parents, James O'Connell and Ruth O'Connell; his sister Lauren O'Connell Dunn; his brother-in-law Kevin Dunn; his grandmother Rosemary O'Connell; his aunts, Vicky O'Connell Hess and Patty O'Connell Viars; his uncle James R. Hess; his grandfather James O'Connell Sr.; his aunt Connie O'Connell; his grandparents, Thomas Grefenkamp and Janet Grefenkamp; his aunt Janet Koszycki; and his uncle Jerry Koszycki. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Coldstream Country Club (400 Asbury Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45255).
