He is survived by: his wife Vickie Steinmetz; his children, William Timothy Ramey (Valerie), Teresa Hughes (Joseph), Amanda Steinmetz (Clinton Clemons) and Katherine Reynoso (Cesar); his brother Mike Woodward; and his grandchildren, Jimmy, Madisyn, Gabriela, Jeremiah, Jacob, Jakira, Joseph, Jasmine, Adriana, Reymundo, Ryon, Cesar Jr. and Nathan.
