She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Stephen J. Lewis; her parents, Benjamin Friedman and Dorothy Hoffman Friedman Litz; her brother Dr. Marvin Friedman; and her sister-in-law Barbara Friedman.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Michael Lewis (Christine), Dr. Lisa Lewis (Tracy Glauser) and Barry Lewis; her grandchildren, Celia Schlesinger (Garrett), Douglas Lewis (Ali), Eliza Lewis, Daniel Glauser, Dr. Joshua Glauser (Meridith Pensler) and Jacob Glauser; and her great grandchild Cassian Schlesinger.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Weil Kahn Funeral Home (8350 Cornell Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45249). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Foundation for Education in Healthcare Management.
