He was predeceased by: his father Michael Blackburn Sr.; and his grandparents, Roberta, Bill Blackburn and Helen Whitmire. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Blackburn; his siblings, Julie Mann (Greg) and Jeff Blackburn (Amy); his niece Everly Blackburn; and his pets, Casey and Charlotte. He is also survived by family members and friends.
