He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Klus and Anne Klus; his wife Mary Lee Klus (Nee Schweitzer); and his brothers, Joey and Tom Klus.

He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Ekey (Douglas Adkins), Becky Klus and Elizabeth Mezger; his grandchildren, Connor, Leah, Sean and Jake; and his siblings, Betsy Goins (Gary), Ken Klus (Donna), Jerry Klus, Mary Wirth (Rich) and Kathy Blasch (Larry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Bj Meyer Sons Funeral Home (5864 Bridgetown Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45248). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St Jude Catholic Church (5940 Bridgetown Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45248).
