He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Owens and Faye Rose (Braesel); and his brother Tony Owens (Sherry D. Owens). He is survived by: his close friend Linda Siegel; his daughters, Jennifer Fricke (David) and Miki Johns (Dean); and his grandchildren, Noah Rheude, Elijah Rheude, Vlademir Johns and Jossalynn Johns.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the American Legion Post 484 (1837 Sutton Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45230).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to The American Red Cross.
