He was predeceased by: his brother Donald Scalf. He is survived by: his children, Amy Spille (Dwayne), Philip Scalf (Luba) and Robin Sterwerf (Chris); his grandchildren, Brantley and Emersyn; and his siblings, Arlene Crain (Richard), Harold Scalf (Phyllis), Diane Arndt and Debi Steele (Nick). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
