It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael William Boback of Cincinnati, Ohio, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 6, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son David Boback. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Boback; his children, Jeanette Oberhaus, William Boback, Joan Eckart (Thomas), Stephen Boback and Leah Vaara (Raymond); his grandchildren, Matthew, Dylan, Eric, Kyla, Michael, Ian, Adam, Ally, Rachel, John and Jolene; and his great grandchild Elliott.

Memorial donations may be made to the Cincinnati Carvers Guild.
