She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Sr. Evans and Francis Evans; and her brothers, Carl Evans, Jr. and Roy Evans. She is survived by: her children, Wayne Carmichael (Rhonda), Gary Carmichael (Debbie), Vickie Durham (Bill) and Paula Glacken.
