He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Bonnie Lou Okum; his siblings, Leo Okum (Ginny) and Peggy Katz (Aaron); his stepdaughter Connie Wernet (Ed); his grandchildren, David and Emily; and his nieces and nephews, Neil Okum (Judy), Ken Okum, David Okum (Betty), Jay Katz (Joan), Robert Katz (Shelley), Nancy Katz Berman (Arthur Berman) and Terry Katz.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Wounded Warrior Project, American Cancer Society, or Honor Flight would be appreciated.
