Morton Spitz Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Morton Spitz of Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on October 30, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Morton may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Morton touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hyman Spitz and Ruth Spitz. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ellen; his daughter Jayne Demaras (Matthew); his grandsons, Steven, Joseph, Andrew, Matthew Demaras, Samuel and John Holman; Ethel Zemsky.
