She is survived by: her children, Gary Smith (Debbie), Cheryl Leistner (Terry) and Craig Smith (Kristi); her grandchildren, Matthew Smith (Shannon), Blair Jones (Ryan), Shawn Smith (Hailee), Derek Leistner (Jenna), Katelyn, Marcus Smith, Kaytlyn, Elizabeth, Hannah and Kain Carter; her great grandchildren, Clare, Max Smith, Madelyn, Meredith Jones, Nora, Josie, Bennett Smith, Kash and Kason Leistner; and her brother James Weeks.
