She is survived by: her children, Joseph Baxter (late Chelle), Kathleen Flannery (James), William Baxter (Shelly) and Michael Baxter (Kim); her grandchildren, Brittany Bogart (James), Sarah Martin (Arion), Onica Dopp (Mike), Joey Baxter, Breanna Baxter, Erin Flannery, Marlee Baxter, Jessica Baxter, Gretchen Myres (Sam), Meg Flannery and Sierra Baxter; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Edsel, Kingston, Harper, Aris, Everett and Violet; and her sister-in-law Terri Westerhaus. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
