She was predeceased by: her former husband Rabbi Harold D. Hahn of Rockdale Temple; her parents, Dr. Abraham L. Cohen and Barbara Zebrack Cohen Mellen of Detroit, Michigan; her daughter Melanie Hahn Roche (James); her siblings, I. William "Bill" Cohen and Recia "Ricki" Herbstman Cohen of Novi, Michigan; and her stepchild Margy Klein.
She is survived by: her spouse Jerry E. Klein; her daughter Barbara M. Hahn of Lubbock, Texas; her stepchildren, Amy Klein of Cincinnati and Bradley Klein (Danielle Gustafson) of Bethlehem; her sister-in-law Lois Klein Polasky of Cincinnati; and her cousin Susan Katz. She is also survived by numerous other cousins, nieces and nephews.
