She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank and Mildred; her husband Raymond Spicka; and her siblings, Robert "Bobby" Crooker, Alvin "Al" Crooker, Donald "Donnie" Crooker and Caroline Crooker.
She is survived by: her sons, James Combs (Rosie) and John Combs (Angela). She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, and 8 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Spring Grove Funeral Homes - Willow Room (4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Spring Grove Funeral Home (4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223). A burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Spring Grove Cemetery (4521 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45232). A reception will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Spring Grove Funeral Homes - Magnolia Room (4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223).
