He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Butler and Dorothy Butler (Nee O'Rourke); his brother Larry Butler (Calma); and his wife Catherine Anne Butler. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Butler (Velma), Dolores Donovan (late Joe), Donnie Butler (late Becky), Dickie Butler (Ginny) and Tom Butler (Yutta); and his children, Mary Braig (Chuck), Michael Butler, Susan Tabler (Pat), Carol Feldkamp (Joe), Theresa Hammons (Greg), Laura Varley (Tom), Stephanie Mitchell (John) and Emily Venosa (Andy). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
