She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Bowen; her parents, Forrest Lutes and Birdie Lutes; and her brothers, Gilbert, Ralph and David Lutes.

She is survived by: her children, Charlene (Larry), Stephen (late Jan), Bonnie (Joseph) and Russell (Angie); and her sister-in-law June Bowen. She is also survived by numerous other relatives, including nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her honor to Hospice of Cincinnati.

Earl and Norma were always trying to find me a husband. Norma, Mom and I enjoyed the concerts at Silver Springs. She will be missed.”
