It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ona Elaine Collins in Cincinnati, Ohio, born in Williamstown, Kentucky, who passed away on August 12, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Atwood and Ona Mae Cox Beach; her husband Gerald Lee Collins; and her brother Pete. She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Richardson (Marvin) of Cincinnati and Shonda Hahn (Jeffrey) of Cincinnati; her siblings, Randall, Rodney, Greta Charlene, Brenda, Linda, Freida and Cynthia; and her grandchildren, Nathan Gibbs, Russell Hahn (Patti), Renea Malloni (Robert), Bethany Ambrosious (Patrick) and Falon Richardson (Alex). She is also survived by six great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
