He was predeceased by: his parents, William Leek and Mildred Leek; and his sisters, Anita Martin, Lucille Smith and Judith Leek.
He is survived by: his children, Terrence R. Leek, Kimberly J. Connell (Steven), Dennis S. Leek (Teri) and Scott M. Leek (Heidi); and his grandchildren, Erin Reinhart (Jordan), Nolan Connell (Sarena), Kevin Connell (Maddy), Jenna Leek, Isabelle Leek and Seth Leek.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association.
