She was predeceased by: her parents, William Paul and Doloras Barrett (Schneider); her brother Dennis Barrett; her brother-in-law Mike Metz; her stepdaughter Angie Auel; and her nephew Russell Barrett.
She is survived by: her husband Delmer "Del" Smith; her children, Steve Smith (Shannon) and Sharon Smith (Rick Johnson); her grandchildren, Zeke, Knox, Beau, Allison Browning (Jeff), Brooke Auel, Reese and Trevor Johnson; and her sisters, Kathy Voss (Bill) and Karen Metz. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
