She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick E. Sulken; her parents, Bertha T. Lacinak and Michael C. Lacinak; and her siblings, Clinton, Michael A. (Jacque), Berte Kiley (Richard) and Joyce Trentman (Robert).
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Marie Corbett (Willy), Frederick Wayne Sulken (Peggy), Katrina Ann Holtkamp (Michael) and Gregory Michael Sulken (Amy); her brother Timothy Lacinak; and her sister-in-law Mary Ann Lacinak (Clinton Lacinak).
