She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Berkemeier and Evelyn Berkemeier (Nee Silz); her siblings, Betty Couch (Dick), Ruth Dirr (Bill), Elsie Kirchgessner (Jim), Louis Berkemeier, Carol O'Neal (Bill) and Robert Berkemeier (Eurless); and her granddaughter Lauren Dietz.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Mason; her children, Dave Mason (Lisa) and Tracey Layer (Edward); her grandchildren, Brittney Mason, Amanda Peyton (Dizzy) and Reid Layer; her great grandchildren, Santanna, Abrielle, Antonio, Kenari, Dirk, Wesley and Trudy; and her sister Darlene Hooker (Lee).
