We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2022, at the age of 63, Patrick Johnson (Cincinnati, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores Johnson; and his child Casey Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Ryan Bella, Kelsi Johnson and Mckenzie Johnson; and his siblings, Terri Carter (Bruce), Tim Johnson (Tammy), Jennifer Perrino (Tim) and Danny Johnson. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
