He is survived by: his wife Linda Kraemer; his children, John Kraemer, Thomas Kraemer (Suzy), Micheal Kraemer (Sarah), Lynne Kraemer, Mary (Kraemer), Meyer (Steve) and Anne Kraemer; his grandchildren, Eric, Patrick, Christopher, Jack, Grant, Kent, Charlie, Sophia, Elizabeth and Chase; and his sister Janet Kittoe (Bud).
In memory of Pat, please donate in his name to one of his favorite charities: Maya Health Alliance (http://www.mayahealth.org.), which his daughter Anne co-founded in 2007 and which provides free quality health care to over 11, 000 people across the rural highlands of Guatemala; or St. Joseph's Indian School (https://www.stjo.org), which provides education and support for Lakota Native American children in South Dakota.
