Patrick R. Smith Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick R. Smith (Cincinnati, Ohio), who passed away on February 27, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia A. "Patty" Smith; his sibling Kelly Reeves; and his parents, Walter E. Smith and Dorothy C. Smith. He is survived by: his children, Michelle L. Dameron, Ryan M. Smith, Timothy P. Smith (Rebecca), Megan A. Miller (Steve) and Erin R. Smith; his siblings, Sandy Speller, Danny Smith (Donna) and Mike Smith (Sherry); his grandchildren, Garrett, Maxwell, Chloe, Gavin, Madison, Skyler, Kaiden, Adrianna, Timothy, Easton, Leah, Stevie, Abel, Gemma and Kami; his great grandchildren, Gennavieve, Waylon, Carter, Kainoa and Griffin; and his close friend Buddie Girl. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
