He was predeceased by: his parents, Teddy Conger and Alice Conger Allen; his sister Roberta; and his brother-in-law Charles Burk. He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Conger of Cincinnati; and his sibling's children, Terri Richards (Steve), Michael Burk, Kimberly Holapa (Paul), Jennifer Zalubil (Randy) and Darin Mowery (Stacy).
