He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Costa and Helen Costa (McGinnis); his brother Lawrence Costa (Charlene); and his daughter Christie Frommeyer. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Costa; his children, Michelle Costa, Gina Stewart, Kevin Costa and Stacey Murphy (John); his grandchildren, Ryan Stewart (Laura), Kari Volz (Justin), Kristin Niemeier (Nick), McKenzie Robb (Tony), Taylor Sullivan (Marc), Anthony Frommeyer, Brady, Aidan and Drew Murphy; and his great grandchildren, Camden, Harper Stewart, Luca and Lena Sullivan.
