He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Gilbert and Verna Gilbert; his wife Mary Gilbert; his children, Patty Weisenberger (Bill), Ronnie Gilbert (Debbie) and Rick Gilbert (Karen); his grandchildren, Lia Conrady (Joe), Micah Gilbert (Sarah) and Brent Gilbert (Jaclyn); and his sister Ann Murray. He was also cherished by six great-grandchildren.
