He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean Ann Mayzum; and his parents, Paul and Gertie. He is survived by: his son Dan Mayzum (Regina); his grandchildren, Emery and Isaac Mayzum; and his sibling Thomas J. Mayzum (Carolyn).
