He is survived by: his wife Ruthie; his children, Paul C., Jr. (Roxana), Richard K. and Tracy Maupin (Walter); his grandchildren, Jolice Turner (Joey), Brandon, Ryan and Paul Gabriel; his parents-in-law, Robert, Mary, Eliga McGivens and Thelma Ellington; his niece Gwen Lewis; and his siblings, Oscar (Scobe), Ronald Richardson and Marlene Smith. He is also survived by other nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
