He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Wilbers and Helen Herb; his significant other Joan Lierl; and his siblings, Mary, Lawrence, Leo, Helen and Naomi.
He is survived by: his children, John Wilbers (Donna), Scott Wilbers (Michele), Dawn Mays (John) and Tamara Caudill; and his grandchildren, Sean Wilbers, Aaron Wilbers, Amelia Wilbers, Tyler Caudill (Ally) and Dalton Caudill. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the charity of the donors' choice in Paul's name.
