She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris and Esther Hazen (late Mitchel Better); and her son Stanley Better. She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Better (Doug Provine) and Jack Better (Mary); her daughter-in-law Elaine Better; her stepson Donald Miller (Barbara); her siblings, Florence Hazen and Jack Hazen (Beryl); her grandchildren, Michelle Weinfeld (Seth), Amber Bloch (Michael), Mitchel Better (Erin), Becky Parsons (Brad), Debbie Rohner and Lizzy Chirlin-O'Brien (Noah O'Brien); and her great grandchildren, Elliott, Janelle, Eddie, Garrett, Tobie, Niall, Abby, Aidan, Drew, Brooke and Emmett.
