It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pennie Lee Campbell of Cincinnati, Ohio, born in Pine Knot, Kentucky, who passed away on September 19, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Richmond and Stella Peters; her sister Thelma Hounchell; her brother-in-law Corby Hounchell; and her brothers, Sherman Richmond Jr. and Robert Richmond.

She is survived by: her son William Irdale; her close friend David Tatum; and her sisters, Nancy Flanagan and Jean Yaeger (Ron). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
